Shipping & returns
This page summarizes the legal information available for SPYE Studio.
Shipping areas
Shipping is currently offered free of charge for the eligible shipping areas listed below.
Eligible shipping areas are France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Austria and Germany.
Orders outside these areas may be accepted on request. Please contact SPYE Studio before ordering.
Preparation and delivery
Preparation and delivery are generally estimated between 7 and 10 days, depending on the piece, destination and carrier.
This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Delivery
Orders are shipped through La Poste / Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on the destination and shipping option.
A tracking number is sent to the customer when the order is dispatched or when tracking becomes available.
Packaging
SPYE pieces are prepared with care before shipping.
If a hat box or protective packaging option is ordered, it is included according to the order details.
Receiving an order
The customer should check the parcel and product condition upon delivery.
If the product arrives damaged or if there is an order error, the customer must contact SPYE Studio within 48 hours of receipt by email or Instagram, with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos. Contact: hello@spyestudio.com or @spye__.
Returns
Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days from receipt.
Before returning any product, the customer must contact SPYE Studio by email or Instagram to receive return instructions. Contact: hello@spyestudio.com or @spye__.
The return address is communicated directly to the customer after the return request has been accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned items must be unworn.
Returned items must be unused.
Returned items must be in perfect condition.
Returned items must have no stain, odor or deterioration.
Returned items must include the original labels.
Returned items must be sent in the original packaging.
The hat box must be included if it was ordered with the product.
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Personalized products
Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order pieces are final sales. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order has been paid.
Options such as custom inscription, ribbon choice or any personalized request make the product a personalized item.
A custom order becomes final once payment has been completed.
One-of-one pieces that are not personalized may be returned under the standard return conditions above.
Refunds
When a return is accepted, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item.
The refund is made using the original payment method when possible.
