Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to online sales of SPYE Studio pieces through spyestudio.com.

SPYE Studio offers hand-painted pieces, one-of-one items, custom hats, occasional blazers, wearable art and event-related custom work.

Seller legal identity: GUILLON ELSA, entrepreneur individuel, trading under the commercial name SPYE, SIREN 909 661 464. To be confirmed by Elsa as the legal structure currently used for SPYE.

Products

Product pages describe the essential characteristics of each piece as accurately as possible, including price, status, options and available images.

Because SPYE pieces may be painted by hand, customized or produced as one-of-one works, small variations in color, texture, placement or finish may exist.

One-of-one and limited pieces are available only while stock lasts.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed or calculated during checkout before payment confirmation.

Orders

The customer selects a product, options if available, reviews the order and confirms payment through the checkout.

An order is confirmed only after payment has been accepted.

SPYE Studio may contact the customer if information is missing, if a product becomes unavailable, or if a custom request needs clarification.

Payment

Online payment is processed securely by Stripe.

SPYE Studio does not store full bank card numbers or card security codes on its website.

Payment provider terms may also apply to the payment process.

Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. One-of-one pieces and limited runs may sell out quickly.

If a paid order cannot be fulfilled because a product is unavailable, SPYE Studio will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution.

Shipping

Shipping is currently offered free of charge for the eligible shipping areas listed below.

Eligible shipping areas are France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Austria and Germany.

Orders outside these areas may be accepted on request. Please contact SPYE Studio before ordering.

Orders are shipped through La Poste / Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on the destination and shipping option.

A tracking number is sent to the customer when the order is dispatched or when tracking becomes available.

Preparation and delivery are generally estimated between 7 and 10 days, depending on the piece, destination and carrier.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days from receipt.

Before returning any product, the customer must contact SPYE Studio by email or Instagram to receive return instructions. Contact: hello@spyestudio.com or @spye__.

The return address is communicated directly to the customer after the return request has been accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, free from stains, odors or deterioration, with original labels, in original packaging, and with the hat box if it was ordered with the product.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

If the product arrives damaged or if there is an order error, the customer must contact SPYE Studio within 48 hours of receipt by email or Instagram, with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos.

When a return is accepted, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item.

The refund is made using the original payment method when possible.

Custom and personalized pieces

Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order pieces are final sales. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order has been paid.

Options such as custom inscription, ribbon choice or any personalized request make the product a personalized item.

A custom order becomes final once payment has been completed.

One-of-one pieces that are not personalized may be returned under the standard return conditions above.

Legal warranties

Customers benefit from the mandatory legal warranties that apply under consumer law, including conformity and hidden defect warranties where applicable.

Detailed warranty wording should be reviewed during legal validation.

Liability

SPYE Studio is responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders under applicable law, but cannot be held responsible for improper use, abnormal wear, customer handling damage, indirect losses or events outside its control.

Product colors may vary depending on screen settings. Handmade pieces may include artistic variations that are part of their character.

Personal data

Order and customer data are processed as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
